MOE Innergy (Schools) and Outstanding Innovator Awards Judge	HSLD	• The jobholder will be involved in the evaluation of applications for the MOE Innergy (Schools) Award and Outstanding Innovator Award (Schools/HQ/Statutory Boards). These awards recognise innovative projects at schools and individuals who are important in driving innovation at their workplaces and beyond, respectively. • This requires in-depth knowledge of the unique operating environment in schools and Ministry HQ to provide systemic-level perspectives when evaluating initiatives submitted by different schools across different academic levels and job areas. • Beyond evalution of applications, the jobholder is also required to identify and recommend suitable projects to HQ Divisions for scaling at the Ministry-level.	Knowledge and/or expertise in the areas of Teaching & Learning (i.e., pedagogical/subject-based projects that enriches student learning) and Work Processes (i.e., internal administrative/operational improvement projects that benefit the students/staff/school).
